This page explains how responsibility is split when you use a trainer's storefront on the Nova platform.
Trainer is the data controller
The trainer you have contacted is the data controller for the data you share when buying their services. They decide how your personal data is used: for example to deliver coaching, send invoices, or contact you about sessions. For their full privacy policy and terms, contact the trainer directly.
Nova is the data processor
Nova Fitness provides the platform the trainer uses to run their business. We process data on the trainer's behalf. We do not resell your data and we do not use it for marketing. Stripe handles payments and is a separate data processor.
Contact and rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data under GDPR. Requests about data the trainer holds should be sent directly to the trainer. Requests about your Nova account can be sent to support@novafitness.no.
